Established chiropractic visit: 1 slot/20 min/$85 (patients seen within 4 months with same injury)

Extended visit for insurance patients:
2 slots/40 min total/+$75 for 2nd slot

(AMIT) Advanced Muscle Integration Technique / Muscle Activation:
2 slot minimum / 40 min / $155 $170
3 slots / 60 min / $240 $255

Nasal Specific Release Technique:
1 slot / 20 min / $155 $170

Medicare
Evaluation / New Injury / Returning patients not seen in 4 months:
!!Book 2 slots together!! / 40 min / $55
(Eval not covered by MC; only spinal care covered at 80%)
Extremity Adjustments & Muscle Work Fee:
$35 (not covered by MC) per visit (Medicare only pays for spinal adjustments)
20% NOT covered by Medicare (They only pay 80% for spinal adjustment)
approx. $10 – $15, if no contracted secondary insurance.

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice;
if less than 24 hours, a $40 fee per 20 min slot will be charged.
